DSV is looking for a dynamic, analytical, and highly motivated individual for the position of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) expert (part-time) in Sarmada, Syria.
Deadline: 18/08/2024 – 24:00; Start: as of now.
The MEAL expert contributes to overall program quality through the coordination, and implementation of enhanced monitoring and evaluation, accountability and learning strategies.
You should fulfill the following criteria:
- Academic degree in a field relevant to the work profile in management and civil society projects
- At least 2 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation
- Proven ability to assist in the monitoring and evaluation of DSV projects
- Good analytical skills and ability to think strategically
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, verbally and in written
- Experience using MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Form)
- Proven knowledge of M&E methodologies including logical models, conceptual frameworks and assessment tools
- Demonstrated experience of implementing beneficiary complaint and feedback mechanisms
